What to Expect
There is not one diet that works best for every person. Therefore, nutrition counseling is not another diet in which there is a clear cut path for every person. Through discovery, following a general basis of good nutrition, and seeing how one change works with your body/lifestyle, we will find the right path for you.
Change can take time and is never linear. Continual coaching until you achieve maintenance works best in achieving your goal and keeping it for years. Although we may have success with a few sessions, life often gets in the way and momentum is lost or diverted. Packages give you opportunity to problem-solve through rough patches with support in order to effect long-lasting change.
I do offer single sessions for clients who have completed a package.
Look at this as an investment in your health that will pay dividends to the rest of your family.
